Give your evening a rhythm
Regular habits can support sleep. Try keeping similar bedtimes and waking times, with a little space to wind down before bed.
Make room for quiet
Reading or another quiet activity can help with that transition. Keep the bedroom dark, quiet and comfortable. Notice whether evening screen use makes it harder for you to settle.
When habits are not enough
If sleep difficulties persist or affect everyday life, speak with a clinician. A routine is a starting point, not a solution to every sleep problem.
